kkfbd Terms and Conditions

1. Subject of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between kkfbd ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses its services ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing or using the kkfbd website, mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

• If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found
• If a software or technical flaw is exploited
• If money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected

6. Deposit

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at kkfbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.

• When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account instantly.
• If there is a delay due to the payment gateway, please notify our support team.

7. Withdrawal

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from kkfbd:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method that was originally used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements for a bonus have been met.
• If identity verification has not been completed, additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.

kkfbd does not charge any additional fee for withdrawals. However, your payment provider's own charges may apply.

8. Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 15x (you must place bets totalling 15 times the combined deposit and bonus amount).
• Withdrawals from the bonus are not allowed until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• The welcome bonus applies only to the first deposit and each user may benefit from it only once.
• If bonus fraud is proven, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

9. VIP Program and Cashback

The kkfbd VIP Program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Moving up to a higher VIP tier depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform. Each promotional offer has its own detailed terms, which are stated at the time the offer is published.

10. Bonus Misuse Prohibited

kkfbd actively monitors to prevent bonus misuse. The following activities will be considered bonus misuse:

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements
• Conspiring with others to take advantage of bonuses

If misuse is proven, the relevant bonus and all associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

11. Betting Rules

The following general rules must be followed when placing bets at kkfbd:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kkfbd reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with kkfbd's policy.
• For sports betting, the official result will be considered final.

12. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Placing bets using any automated software, bots, or algorithms
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or flaws in the platform
• Match fixing or using insider information to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other users to defraud the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds

13. Technical Issues and Liability

kkfbd strives to provide a reliable platform. However, kkfbd will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet connection problems
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers
• Session interruptions caused by problems with the user's own device
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen events
